XO Cape Arnna is an ultra all inclusive resort in Fethiye aka the Turkish Riveria and I was lucky enough to be able to arrange a site inspectaion when I was in the area, and get all the info!
It’s a 45 min transfer from the airport and has 530 rooms split across a family side (The Resort) and the adults only side (The Club). Its open April through the start of November and prices reflect the premium features so the shoulder seasons will be more budget friendly, if you or a client are prepared to (potentially) compromise on the weather!
The resort is part of the Liberty group of hotels, but the name was specifically separated from the Liberty moniker to distinguish it from its sister resorts next door (Liberty Fabay and Liberty Signa) as the most luxe of all 3, which is evident from from the outset, starting with the drinks cart in the lobby and the private check in lounges – one for adults and one for families!
ROOMS:
The room types available are numerious, from the entry level dexlue rooms sleeping 2, triple rooms, family rooms and suites, swim up rooms and also rooms with private pools on the adults side.
I had a look around several rooms across the family side of the resort, and all were very spacious. The triple rooms are an option if parents don’t mind sharing with the kids, or for a group of friends travelling. For those looking for more space and some separation, the grand family suites have a twin bed room, alongside a room with a king size bed, separated by a sliding door, and also have a sofa bed in the lounge area, so can accommodate up to 6 in a room.
All of the swim up rooms are in an elevated position on the first floor, on the resort so more private than other swim up rooms I have seen, and have have their own sun loungers, which more resemble double beds!
All the rooms have a fully stocked mini bar which is replenished daily and the decor and lighting is soft, warm and luxe. There are 5 rooms across the resort that have been adapted to accommodate guests with mobility issues.
Over on the adult side the maximum number of occupants in a room is 2 and they also have some rooms with private pools, for those looking for the ultimate luxury and privacy
FOOD & DRINKS
Across the resort there are 9 restaurants available so you’ll be spoilt for choice! I had a nosey around the Italian (Cucina dei Cucini), the Asian (SunTzu) and the adults only rooftop flagship ‘The Duchess’. The a la carte restaurants require a reservation for dinner but some are also open for lunch without a reservation. There is also a snack bar down on the beach alongside the bars.
For guests who require vegan and gluten free options there is a QR code with all allergen information on every dish in the buffets and also on the a la carte menus.
FACILITIES
The facilities across the resort are wide ranging with a kids club, teens club, waterpark, beach bars, paddle courts, reformer Pilates, a 24 hour gym, basketball, tennis to name a few, most of which are included as part of the all inclusive.
The kids club (Lumi’s World) is one of the best I’ve ever seen with a ‘beauty’ parlour, chefs station, and shaded outdoor pay area.
There is also large onsite spa, an indoor pool, diving lessons, personal training sessions and dance classes, plus a rooftop paddle court!
There are 37 pools across XO Cape Arnna, some of which are heated in April/May and October/November and the resorts sits on a lovely sandy beach. There is a large onsite water park, with slides for big kids and a splash park and smaller slides for the younger ones.
